They are L3 M890 Aviation grade tubes (contract 2010 or newer, omni 6/7 equivalent) t is an all metal housing, with power off while articulated. Has IR illuminator as well. No issues at all, less than 30mins of run time by me. Tubes are very clean, minor specs on the right tube (pictured). I do not have a spec sheet. Very clear image, pictured inside at pitch black, with IR illum on. And outside with 0% illum but a street light. Uses UltraFire rechargeable 3.7V Li Battieres (1800 mAh)....
