   Vintage Soviet NHB-57E 3 Night Vision Goggles And Case. The date inside says October 2 1991. These are in excellent condition for there age. The goggles have been tested with a 9v battery and as you can see in the photo they are working. The unit is meant to be plugged into a special outlet, but I think it could be converted.
