This is a used ATN (American Technologies Network Corp) PVS-7 Night Vision Goggles set. These are used for night-vision by law enforcement, hunters and many more. Goggles are in good physical condition with scuffs, marks, scratches and wear from normal usage. They are powered either by two standard AA batteries. Or via a Lithium BA-5567/u battery.
The goggles were tested and in perfect working condition, when batteries are inserted and the unit is switched on you can see clearly in night/low-light conditions. It has a built in infrared light that can be activated by pulling the power knob out and turning clockwise all the way. The focus controls are working properly and the tube appears to be in good shape with no large dark spots or other defects. The left/right lenses can be pushed out or in for pupil-distance adjustments as well. A new battery cup has been installed on the unit and the battery compartment is clean with no signs of damage. Many people have inquired about the tube, I opened it up and it's a Photonis XX0051A tube with serial number 5813318, this appears to be a GEN2+ tube based on some quick searches. Please note that the tube is used, I do not have any history on the tube or how many hours it has on it.
