Listed as like new simply because there is wear from storage on the corners and 2 of the seals are starting to fail due to age. The rest of the seals are still intact however. Nothing has ever been removed from the box and is in brand new condition.
Everything inside is there as it has never been removed or touched in any way. This includes thr night vision goggles, the game, steelbook and any dlc it may have come with. Feel free to ask any questions if you have any concerns.
