Night Vision Goggles are intended for covert observation, reconnaissance, walking, driving, map reading and repair tasks in starlight or moonlight illumination conditions. The built in infrared illuminator provides close-up operation capability in total darkness. PN-14K KAIMA KAYMA was produced by famous Russian plant NPZ in Novosibirsk(Siberia).
This model is close to NS7, NYx7 or NVG-16 goggles. The device uses 2+ generation tubes with function of electron-pulse conversion, providing the operation of the device not only at natural night illumination of (3-5)X10-3 Lux (moonless night), 1.5 Lux (twilight), but in conditions of high illumination more than 1.5 Lux. Maximum up to 20000 Lux. The device tubes automatically enters the mode of electron-pulse conversion (for the observer in the form of a short flash screen), when light interference fires, headlights, lighting rockets, etc.
Appears in the field of view of the device. At the same time, the device continues to function. After the loss of high-light sources, the device automatically switches to normal operation.
