Additional Info about the tube. Originally the pigtail was missing, so a brand new one was soldered to the tube. Manual gain now functions as it should. Actual tube is clean, with almost no peppering present, no blems of any kind present in any region of the tube.

The only problem is 2 light streaks on the left side of the tube in zone 3 extending maybe a third of the way into zone 2. They may be a bit annoying at first, but you can totally ignore them if you don't pay attention to them. Light streaks also go away on their own over time, but that figure varies from tube to tube.
