There appears to be two lines from where bungee cords once were to hold goggles or oxygen mask in place. Custom paint job, plenty of male & female Velcro for patches, gear, goggles, etc. Includes a camo US velcro flag. Size Medium but there appears to be an extra foam insert which makes it a tight medium.... A large fits best on my head, a medium is snug, this one is tight due to that insert.
