User adjustable articulation joints, fantastic friction system that you can really dial in. Bit of salt/wear on the screw heads see pics. If you're into small shop, US made items, this is the bridge you need. You can additionally remove one arm and utilize it as an articulating mono J-Arm which is what I mostly used it for.
