ITT Night Vision NE5001 Goggles Parts/Repair. Up for sale is are night vision goggles for parts or repair from ITT Night Vision, the NE5001. The goggles were tested to partially power on.

The plastic dial of the switch to power on the unit is broken. One of the left lens did not power on properly and occasionally you would see a red light flicker. The view through the lens is noisy and blurry, and they will need work. The goggles and head mount show some signs of previous use such as scuffs, scratches, and other imperfections.

The goggles will need proper cleaning and calibration. The contacts of the battery housing have corrosion and discoloration from previous batteries, and will need to be cleaned/fixed. The contacts on the battery cap are broken (a cap from a different unit as used to test this model; that cap is not included).

The tether to the battery cap is cut. The goggles come with a black carry case, the head mount, a pair of foam padding, a sacrificial window, and a lens paper sheet booklet only.
