Is 48° x 72° vs factory 24° x 32°. This lens sees 5 times more FOV than factory! The nvg-10 has a 40° diagonal. IT IS A 3 X 4 DISPLAY. Meaning you take the diagonal and divide by 5, equals 8° which gives you 24° tall 32° wide.

24° tall is horrible for navigation. 32° wide isn't awesome for century or detection. My wide FOV upgrade is better for both. Also, if using my wide lens plus optional 90° adapter would give 72° vertical! Install is simple and i have included the tools to do the install. You'll need to provide the adjustible pipe wrench to unscrew main lens housing. I have a youtube video that details the install. Gives pvs-14 style FOV to the NVG-30. Also included is the 100% invisible iR flip cap Which makes your NVG-30 the ONLY truely invisible digital scope on the market! Human eyes cant see the iR at all when flipped down. In a seperate item for sale is a sideways mount to increase vertical FOV from 48° to 78°. These upgrades greatly increase the ability to navigate. New lens uses only one 12mm threaded collar on the rear. Not two as video says. Need to update assembly video. Also, you'll be using 2 red orings and not one black oring. To seal the lens module to the main housing.
