The goggles have been tested with a 9v battery and as you can see in the photo they are working. The unit is meant to be plugged into a special outlet, but I think it could be converted.
The bookets are in Russian I think. The 2 booklets/logs are in very good condition with what I think are Russian military stamps and initials. The case is also in very good condition with just a few scratches.
