It is a size medium, factory 3 hole. It has a Team Wendy Epic Airpad upgrade system for the liner. It comes with a Wilcox shroud and a old MSA chinstrap. I have not modified or added anything to this helmet. This is a super cool piece of gear and would be an awesome addition to any collection.
