This item is used in excellent working condition. The eyecup is a little smashed from sitting inside pouch but can easily be replaced. There is no scratches to the lens. The only thing I did not like about this device is that the built in IR light does not have a constant on function.
You have to keep your finger pressed down on it for it to stay on. It will mount to a helmet of weapon using a j-arm which is not included.

This item is used in very good working condition. Lenses have no scratches but look a little dusty on the inside.
