Gentex ACH Medium High-Cut Conversion comes with rails. Norotos titanium nvg mount, knock off team wendy pads, issued ach chin strap, and extra boa chin strap. Cuts aren't 100% perfect towards back of ears but not that noticeable when wearing. If it fits too snug you can swap out the pads or move them around.   

The helmet is used but in good condition. There are scratches on the helmet from normal use, but nothing that will affect the performance of the item. This listing is for the Gentex Enhanced Combat Helmet ECH Medium NVG Mount only, no box.   

This particular helmet is utilized by US Navy special operations and Coast Guard boat crews. Size is listed as small, however, it fits my head quite well and typically I wear a L / XL FAST helmet. Helmet shell is similar to non-ballistic CVC shell, with Ops-Core rails.
